Ryan was born and raised in the Richmond area and is a graduate of Atlee High School. With over 40 years in Richmond, he is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the unique features of various communities throughout Richmond and the surrounding counties. This knowledge helps Ryan guide his client’s in finding the right home to meet their needs. In August 2019, Ryan relocated to the San Diego area with his family to support his wife’s career in banking. Since his move, Ryan is now a “cost to coast” realtor and continues to support his Richmond client base through the Thiel-Morris team while also building his business in California.
